Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

* We ship from United States;
* Dispatched by USPS/UPS;
* Order will be processed within 1-2 workings days. Normally 3-8 working days to reach you!
* Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

International Shipping

*We ship from China
*We use DHL, FedEX, UPS, 4PX,EMS and SF Express for international shipping.
*Packages shipped to United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Japan. Usually takes 7-13 days, other countries may take 10-25 days.
*We apply FOB shipping terms for packages by default. The buyers will take responsibility on all kinds of tax in their countries. Shipping from the local warehouse has no import tariffs required.

FAQ SHIPPING

 *How do I check the status of my order?

p>When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

PLEASE DO NOT provide PO.BOX/Parcel central address, will affect the shipping time, if you did, please contact us at service@makerbase.store to change the address.

Tariff / Customs Fee

Please be noted that the international delivery time highly depends on your local customs and post services policy. And pay attention to the custom policy, we do not undertake the tariff / customs fee. Hope for your kindly understanding.
